In May, 2008, Brown became a member of the consortium of colleges and universities belonging to the Common Application, and all applicants for undergraduate admission are now required to submit the appropriate versions of the Common Application and the Brown Supplement to the Common Application. Please visit the "Applicants" section on the Admission page on Brown's website http://www.brown.edu/Administration/Admission/ where you will find the 'Guide to Applying to Brown' along with the answer to many of your questions.


Transfer candidates must present the Common Application Transfer Application and the Brown University Transfer Application Supplement by the application deadline of March 1. Please visit the "Transfer Student" section of Brown's website, http://www.brown.edu/Administration/Admission/applyingtobrown/transferstudents.html .

**Other less common requests will be forwarded to an admission officer for an electronic response. These individualized responses may be delayed, in which case you may wish to call (401)863-2378 to speak with an admission officer. We appreciate your patience with all these details.**
